Senior Personnel - RNMC: 

Senior Personnel - RNMC Senior personnel have an average of 22 years mine experience. Goal is to have all process personnel in place by November 1st. Benefits will average around 35%.

Environmental: 

Environmental Permitting All permits in place. Groundwater permit NEV92105 currently under renewal by State of Nevada. Use of Liberty Pit for short-term mine waste backfill under development with submittal to NDEP before October 30, 2004. Demonstration will involve a modification to the current Waste Management Plan which will also address mine dump development and concurrent dump closure.

Concentrate Haulage From Mine Site to Port CURRENT STATUS: 

Concentrate Haulage From Mine Site to Port CURRENT STATUS Concentrates will be trucked from RNMC to Wendover, UT, where concentrates will be trans-loaded from truck to rail. Pan Western Transportation Specialists has been selected for truck and trans-load to rail. Capital costs of trucks and truck-to-rail trans-loading facility to the account of the trucking company. Union Pacific Railroad has been contracted for gondola cars and rail transport. The Port of Sacramento, California has been selected as the facility for trans-loading from rail to cargo ship.
