There are two Class l areas in Missouri, Mingo and Hercules Glades. The goal of consultation is to obtain additional emission reductions in order to meet the 2018 Reasonable Progress Goals (RPGs) by working with other states, tribes, FLM, and EPA.Consultation Process: Consultation Process Developed a draft consultation plan. Continue to refine the technical analysis, RPGs, source contributions, area of influence, cost and control strategy, etc. Initiate consultation with other States.
