1942 A dramatic drop of only 31 commercial recordings for this entire decade from 138 in the previous New College issued 3 records during the war years, the only choir to do so New College Oxford directed by H.K. Andrews . Wesley ‘Thou Wilt Keep Him’ BBC 78 rpm record Notice the gas lighting….probably the only source of heat!
