Premium member Presentation Transcript Welcome To The System Overview : Welcome To The System Overview The System Overview : is where you do all of your planning by specifying what goals and objectives you will be working on and what types of services you will be providing is where you record the medications an individual takes and print out Med Sheets is where you can record both initial and follow-up incident reports. is where you record both upcoming and completed medical visits. Your username controls, which programs you have access to. is where staff record time that they spend working with individuals and also record progress. is where demographic and other semi-permanent information (like diagnosis) is stored is used to create and process invoices based upon billable services [Restricted Access]. is a where you set system wide features and perform other maintenance tasks is where you do individual financial record keeping. Is a where data is aggregated across programs. The System Overview Is a time clock feature where staff can record what they did and with whom. is where you record fire drills for one or individuals. is where you can run reports based on data entered through the time clock.
