Premium member Presentation Transcript Under : Under Meds is where an individual’s medications taken are recorded and medication administration sheets are printed When you open it up it will be to a blank screen. The first thing that you should do is select the individual that you are interested in. Look up Field Under : Under Under : Under Record Navigation Buttons Under : Under Add New Under : Under When you select a medication, the database will automatically search to see if the medication has been labeled as a psychotropic by anyone else. If so, then you will see the following message Under : Under Under : Under If the medication that you want to add is not in the dropdown list then simply type in the new name and it will instantly become a part of the database and available to all other users. Under : Under If the prescriber is not in the drop down list then simply type in their name and the following message will appear Under : Under Under : Under Under : Under Under : Under Under : Under When a prescription has been either changed or discontinued. You NEVER want to delete the original prescription! Instead the original needs to be discontinued by putting in a Stop Date. Under : Under will ALL be set as specified on the original prescription Under : Under will NOT be copied Under : Under Under : Under Under : Under Under : Under this is particularly useful if the medication started in the middle of the month. Under : Under and it is the only way to print meds for which theOnly display when selected box is checked. Under : Under Specifying a Med Sheet Type such as “OTC” or “Controlled Substance”. Will cause any medications with the same type to be grouped together on a separate page.
