When you first open up incidents it will open to “Admin” Slide 2: Under “Admin” is where you would typically record “OPERATIONAL” incidents, which are agency/program related and not directly associated with an individual receiving service. Slide 3: Under The exception would be something like a van accident in which several individuals receiving services got injured. Slide 4: Under In this particular case, rather than creating a separate incident for every single individual, you can create one “Admin” incident and it will be linked to every individual that you said was involved. Slide 5: Under Note: if you try and add a new “Admin” incident then you will see a message asking you to confirm that you really want to add an “Admin” incident, since most of the time you don’t! For example, a neighbor makes a complaint that we threw trash on their lawn but did not see us and nobody admits to doing it. Under Closing an Incident : Under Closing an Incident Closed, Unfounded: There is no credible evidence, information or facts to support the allegation or situation is not true and/or did not occur. For example, the individual admits that they lied about the incident.
