How 2 Save your Powerpoint file
On the first slide, choose Insert sound
Record a sound either directly in Powerpoint or pick one that you have already recorded with another program
Single click on the sound file and select Sound Tools
Change Play Sound to show the option Play across slides 6. Test
7. Set the time for which each slide will display if you wish
8. Save
9. If you picked a sound you had already recorded, make sure you copy it with the Powerpoint slide if using a memory stick
10. Sounds recorded in Powerpoint become part of the show.
