How To Tutorial :How To Tutorial Creating a podcast from your lecture slides
Step 1 – Record Narration :Step 1 – Record Narration Open in Microsoft PowerPoint
“Slide Show” => “Record Narration…”
Select your input settings
Click “Record”
Present your slides as you would an everyday lecture
Save file
Step 2 – Upload :Step 2 – Upload Register to www.authorstream.com then log in
Click "Upload File"
Select your narrated .ppt file
Wait for email or click refresh
"Your presentations" => "Create Video"
Wait for email or click refresh
Download File
Step 3 - Create Podcast :Step 3 - Create Podcast There are 2 options here:
Host Podcast Yourself
Register with www.podcastblaster.com
"Podcast Feed Generator"
Set up a channel
Then the episodes
Download file
Put this file along with your .mp4 files into a folder and upload to your web space, such as userweb in the University.
Send the link of xml file to your students
Step 3 - Create Podcast :Step 3 - Create Podcast Option 2:
Use Free Host
Register with www.podbean.com
"Dashboard" => "Upload"
Select file and upload it
"Publish"
Fill in info
Select Media
