Student Visitation & Security Parents and student drivers should park at the South Lobby (by the portables). Parents planning to be on campus should sign in at the school lobby reception area. Raptor system – upon signing in, parents/visitors need to present a driver ’ s license to receive a badge.

Glossary of Terms School of Logic (aka Middle School) – 6 th -8 th grade School of Rhetoric (aka High School) – 9 th -12 th grade Alternating Block Schedule – six core classes meet on alternate A/B days for approximately 100 minutes per block, plus Enrichment Classes or Electives Devotions – weekly devotional time Enrichment – middle school electives that meet from 8:00-8:40 a.m. Small Groups – weekly gathering of a mentor and students TAPPS – Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (high school athletics) AIPL – Austin Inter-Parochial League (middle school athletics)

Lockers All 6 th – 12 th grade students will be assigned a locker number that will be indicated on the student ’ s schedule. Locker numbers will be grouped by grade level. Each student will need to provide a combination lock. You will be turning your locker combination in to your first period teacher on Friday.

Lunch Program Hot lunch served every full day, beginning Tuesday, September 4. Menus posted on website, under “ Parents ” tab. Pay by check at the reception desk or online at mymealtime.com. Instructions can be picked up today at the lunch program table or will be sent home with your student the first week of school.
