Conclusion of these experiences:: 

Conclusion of these experiences: Efficiency of clusters to clusters cooperation: larger programs, of visible impacts, of national interest, reducing risks for PME. Targeted programs: long term cooperation frameworks, of mutual interest. Targeted partners: mutual confidence and common goals. Role of intermediate organizations: Identify key cooperation axis: Contribute to crystallize a panel of competencies, from public and private sectors, to respond to governmental concerns: ICT, environment, transport.. Preserve the mutual interest of each group and individuals, facilitate the funding of the actions. Organize workshops, periodic meeting…. FACILIATE THE CREATION OF COMMERCIAL COOPERATION All this requires a strong cooperation with governmental organisations: local, national and European… to define strategies, get support and funding. A lot of efforts on “high tech” but still many thematic unexplored!
