Registration Hold: 

Registration Hold If you can’t register, your registration may have a block for one or more of the following reasons: Health Hold for everyone - verification of measles vaccination missing - call the Health Center at (850) 644-6573, Tallahassee Campus (or check with the PC Registrar’s Ofc.) Health Hold for International - health insurance required for international students - call (850) 644-4250, Tallahassee Campus Financial Hold - owe University money, even if only $0.01 Admissions Hold - final transcripts missing

DROP/ADD: 

DROP/ADD First week of term Phone – (850) 644-8888 Web - http://www.studentsfirst.fsu.edu/ Registrar’s Office, Panama City Campus Attendance is MANDATORY on the first day of class; you will be dropped for non-attendance. Can’t continue program / term? During 1st week, you can request schedule cancellation. Email me. Cannot drop last class yourself – must cancel schedule (see above) or withdraw from program; contact Withdrawal Office, (850) 872-4750, Ext. 22

FEE PAYMENT: 

FEE PAYMENT Fees are due by 10th day of class or you will be charged a $100 late payment fee Payment Options: In Person – Cashier’s Office, Room 111, Baron Building, (850) 872-4750, Ext. 119 Mail – cashier’s check, check, money order … must be received by the date due. RETENTION POLICY: 

RETENTION POLICY Must maintain 3.00 cumulative GPA No D’s or F’s: will have to repeat the course Forgiveness Policy – No longer available as a “repeat” policy. Now a “one time drop” option. Probation: failure to achieve/maintain 3.0 GPA for one term Dismissal: failure to achieve/maintain 3.0 GPA for second term
