What have changed?... In 1990 more than 80 % of the enterprises rendered medical services... Today 2/3 from them contain medical aid stations, and 40 % render services not only to the employees, but also the population.

What have changed?... In 1990 almost 80 % of the enterprises had table, sports, cultural and other social establishments on balance... Today 18 % of the enterprises have on balance nurseries of camp, 16 % - cultural objects, 25 % - sports constructions, 64 % - dining rooms.

And... Reduce of number of rest houses and the boarding houses from 40 % up to 20 % More than 70 % of companies partially finance treatment and give to them permits on a preferential basis

CSR today...: 

CSR today... At the same time there are such forms, as: traditional charity, strategic charity, social investment.

Traditional charity.: 

Traditional charity. Transferring of monetary and other resources to the social and cultural establishments, socially non-protected citizens on a gratuitous or preferential basis. Main principle: ”The help should be not the purpose, but a deep internal need”.

Strategic charity.: 

Strategic charity. Coordination social programs to the strategic purposes of development of the basic business. E.g. solving a problem of a narcotism, the SUAL-HOLDING creates the healthy environment and in cities of presence, and at the enterprises.

Social investment.: 

Social investment. purposeful long-term policy of the company in relation to local communities in territories of presence and to a society as a whole It needs: - strategic purposes - social value added, business value added - organizational standards, including monitoring and evaluation

Corporate funds (CF): 

Corporate funds (CF) one of the first forms of corporate philanthrophy of business. CF can be used to provide social recognition to the companies and their heads!

Corporate funds (CF) Well-known… Vladimir Potanin's welfare fund. The purpose of fund: “realization of socially-significant projects in sphere of education and a science”.

Expectations of authority. Business should meet: traditional kinds of risks (market,financial etc.); ethical risks; risks of the corporate social responsibility!

Abroad... The corporate social responsibility abroad are understood as voluntary actions of business-community in socially significant purposes. Thus, the main criterion of norms SCR - their voluntariness.

In Russia...: 

In Russia... The right is understood as system of obligatory norms of the behaviour provided by compulsory force of the state. In fact, there is risk in interaction of the businessman with the state control bodies!

In Russia... CSR is as “a corporate social duty”, but not “responsibility” (liability). Spending annually for charity nearby 0,5 billion dollars, business transfer 80 % of them to regional and municipal authorities, and the remained 20 % are spent directly for target programs and address.
