A manager with over 12 years of IT and FCMG sectors experience, he succeeded in building a superior team of professionals and lead the company to top positions on both domestic and international software development markets. Having started his IT career as a computer programmer in 1988, Mr. Adylin launched his first IT start-up in 1993. He has 12 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing. Mr. Adylin graduated from the Moscow Academy of Finance in 1997 and Moscow Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation in 1991 with a Master of Science degree in Electronics.

Prior to Artezio Alexander worked in Luxoft as a project manager where he managed projects for such companies as Boeing. Alexander graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics and was given a Doctor degree in Educational Technology and Computer Science from Russian Academy of Pedagogy.
