Idée incroyable , sauf pour le Dr. David Fisher. Cet immeuble n’apparait jamais exactement deux fois à l’ identique . C’est incroyable , mais vous avez le choix de vous réveiller avec lever du soleil dans votre chambre , et de jouir du coucher de soleil sur l’océan au diner. Haut de 420 mètres , en plus d’être un tel miracle d’ingéniosité , il peut produire sa propre énergie et même pour d’autres immeubles , car il possède des éoliennes disposées entre chaque étage tournant (photo ci-dessus ). Ainsi , entre les 80 étages sont intercalées 79 éoliennes constituant une vraie centrale électrique écologique .
