An efficient way to improve the usability of mobile services is to adapt the contents and presentation to each individual user and his/her usage context. Blue-Commerce takes the advantage of the available Bluetooth network to create a new section of Mobile Commerce where information is customized for individuals whose transactions can take place in anywhere, at any time, and between anybody. Target to Exhibition and Trade Show Stakeholders are event organizers, exhibitors, and visitors Organizer Exhibitor Visitor Provide facilities for Buy products from; Browse products of Advertise products to; Sell products to for Provide facilities for Advertise products to; Sell products to; Buy product from; Browse products of Communication between Bluetooth devices Personalization by saving favorite items Customization of the advertised messages and the received notifications Navigation of user interface - make it easy to get around Proposed Design Terminal application for exhibitors to enter their products information Cell phone application for mobile users to enter the criteria according to their interests and search the available products on other device Prototype Application Flow First Test – Service Efficiency Second Test – Application Usability Recommendations Area of Improvements Following the design steps is the best e.g., should not jump to technology conclusion before having a clear picture of a user group Recommendations are gathered from the comment in evaluation forms and observing users while doing the test. Distinguish menu from regular information by using drop down menu Have an option to set the preferences such as turn notification on/off, the notification period, etc. Able to show the photo of sale item Have default values for some fields Provide Help option Use more precise terminology Trust How to trust messages from exhibitors or users? Having the event organizer controlling a centralized server to verify the data submitted by exhibitors Setting up a website where user can rate the others like eBay concept Security and Privacy How to protect personal information and prevent spam messages?
