New QM Format: New QM Format The Executive QM Committee meets quarterly and oversees all QM activities.
The QM Workgroup meets monthly to gather and review data and report results on a variety of quality monitors.
The QM Workgroup is made up of chairs of the Quality subcommittees.
The plan is to implement 1-2 subcommittees per month.
