Slide3: Developing players, within the Game for… Everyone Everywhere All The Time!

Slide4: THE BASE

Slide5: Recreational Fusion S.A. PHILOSOPHY Pele called it the 'beautiful game!' The very heart of this sport lies within in each player, and is expressed through their movements on the field… similar to a painter and his canvas. It is our ultimate desire to preserve the purity of this game and to allow each child to find their self worth in it. ROLE OF THE COACH To create a safe and healthy environment Use of Games andamp; Activities vs. Drills Foster excitement and creativity with a Guided Learning experience In the pickup games of our youth, creativity and personality were developed freely (with no assistance from adults). A coach must Seek to simulate this atmosphere. U6 – U12 Contrary to popular belief, soccer is not a team sport from U6-10. Rather, it is a time where children develop their individual relationship with the ball. Emphasis: Imagination and exploration of the ball, their bodies, and their surroundings. Maximize touches on the ball. U12 + As players grow physically and mentally, the ability to conceptualize and apply team concepts improves. Enlightenment Skill development (ball mastery). Concepts of defending and attacking. 1v1, 2v1 DIRECTOR OF COACHING North Field Associate DOC South Field Associate DOC
