Format :Format 250 VIP customers, prospects and leading journalists were personally invited to discover the new Audi A4 at the Audi Gurgaon showroom on 12 July 2008.
The distinctive LED feature on the headlight of the new car model was used as a key feature throughout the evening.
From the invitation, the outside lighting, the carpeted walkway, the photo opportunity backdrop to the waiter’s uniforms and trays.
Format on arrival :Format on arrival A blue colour wash on the building heralded the approach to the showroom as guests drove in. Gobos projected the pattern of the LED like a giant print onto the walls.
Format on arrival (continued) :The driveway to the drop off point, boasted the current range of Audi cars displayed in a row as guests alighted at the reception and handed their cars to the valets. Hostesses invited guests to proceed towards an Audi branded LED backdrop where they got their picture taken. Format on arrival (continued)
Format entering the showroom (continued 2) :Refreshing towels and champagne served on branded trays were offered to guests as they entered the showroom.
Drinks and bite sized canapés from the Olive Kitchen were also passed around. Format entering the showroom (continued 2)
Format decor :Format decor The showroom lights were dimmed to emphasise the blue lights reminiscent of the silver-blue theme of the new A4 model Cocktail tables and lounge sofas were positioned throughout the showroom.

Format Speeches :Format Speeches Ms Mithila opened the evening by welcoming guests and introducing the Audi speakers.
Format car reveal :Format car reveal With dramatic music, smoke and light effects the new Audi A4 was revealed. Two displays of the car flanking the showroom

as DJ Kiran stoked the guests into the swing of the party.
Format on departure :Format on departure While leaving, guests presented the tokens received on arrival in exchange for their framed picture in an Audi A4 branded frame.
