According to the Dakar Framework for Action: 'Improving every aspect of the quality of education, and ensuring their excellence so that recognized and measurable learning outcomes are achieved by all, especially in literacy, numeracy and essential life skills'. Objectives of Reviewing Best Practices in Quality To highlight experiences (from each member state) which have had positive impacts on improving quality of education and share information (e.g., area of project focus; its achievements; reasons for success; conditions required for replication; etc.) on such experiences and practices; To provide opportunity to each member country to explore the possibility of replicating experiences and practices which have proved effective in other country/countries; To enable member states to explore the possibility of collaboration or joint implementation of a 'best practice'.
