Slide 1:

Howdy guys, I’m Ian and I welcome you back to ‘The Kahn Legacy’, last time, we met our founder Gabriella Kahn, whose childhood was marked by the fact that she was practically raised by her older brother and her mother was almost nonexistent (don’t forget her father, who actually was nonexistent). Gabby arrived in Bern to study at Academié le Tour and wanted to start over in said city, however, she was informed by Eric Woodrow that her brother had died. Behold the awesomeness of Sad Old Guy, who looks So Happy! in there, sadly, Gabby hasn’t met him yet but anyway, let’s go.

Slide 2:

Hello, this is Gabriella Kahn. Testing… Ok, this is new to me, but it must be more convenient than keeping a diary… I’m using a tape recorder as a journal, but you already know that because you’re listening to it. Whatever, I want to talk about one situation I just remembered, when my father came back from a long trip, he brought back some presents for Peter and I. My present was a spring rider llama, and my brother’s was a water-spraying octopus. “You want to try your horsie?” I recall mom telling me, teasing me with her finger.

Slide 3:

Mom placed me in the llama. “Mommy, don’t let go of me.” I whined. “I’ll be right here.” She said, letting go. I began rocking myself back and forth, failing to notice that mom had left for the inside of the house, I began rocking until I lost my balance and let go.

Slide 4:

I fell, flat on my rear. I wasn’t hurt but there was just something that made me cry so bad.

Slide 5:

Peter and Dad were playing just to the side of the house, and I guess they heard me crying, because Dad ran over to where I was.

Slide 6:

“Now, princess. What’s wrong?” “Daddy, I fell from my bouncy.” I sobbed. “Don’t worry, baby. It’s going to be fine.” He told me.

Slide 7:

“Kayleigh…” Dad said, entering the house with me in his arms. “What?” Mom grumbled, reading the newspaper in the couch. “I assume you placed Gabby on the llama, didn’t you?” “Yeah, so?” She asked, without taking her gaze away from the paper. “She fell, right outside, she cried, you didn’t hear her?” After that, my parents locked themselves in their room and began yelling at each other.

Slide 8:

“I can’t remember what they said, though.” the young woman lying in her bed said out loud. “I actually want to talk about something else.” Gabriella waited, as if waiting for someone to answer to her. “I met this wonderful guy about a year ago, when I still was a sophomore. His name is Eric Woodrow and he is seriously great, he’s really kind to me and he even helped me get out of my lockdown when…” Gabriella’s thoughts turned to her brother, Peter.

Slide 9:

“Peter is… was my brother.” Gabby said out loud. “He was the best thing that could have happened to me, in fact, he was the one that gave me the income to come live to Bern. Eric was the one who told me he had died. A surprising twist of fate, if you ask me, it’s like life itself took a piece of my heart away to give me a blessing elsewhere.” Gabriella kept silent, did she really feel Eric could replace her brother? “Well, I’ll see you tomorrow.” She said to the recorder, trying to sound cheerful, yet failing miserably to do so.

Slide 10:

Gabriella’s Junior Year started off fairly easy, but began demanding more and more from her as the semester passed. One day, when she was preparing some food for herself, some character appeared in her front door.

Slide 11:

“Gabriella Kahn?” He asked, trying to be dramatic. “Yes, that’s me.” the girl answered “I’m Colby, I’ve got a message for you.” He said, pulling a serious face. Gabriella’s expression denoted she was trying hard not to laugh, but her need went away as he kept talking. “My master want to have a word with you.” “Yeah… right.” she said, shrugging him off.

Slide 12:

“Be ready for when we come to you.” He said. “The master would not approve you being late.” “Yeah, I’ll be ready…” Gabby muttered. The young girl actually forgot about him until late at night, when she heard someone knocking loudly on the door of my bedroom. “Miss. Kahn, this is the police, open up, we need to take you down to the station.” “Oh my…” she whispered “Let me get dressed.”

Slide 13:

“You didn’t need to restrain me.” she told the officer. “Whatever, lady, get in the car.” “The car? It’s a limo!” “Get in!” He yelled.

Slide 14:

The policeman drove for hours, suddenly he stopped and went to the back of the limo, he took Gabriella’s restraint off and ordered her to get out. When Gabby got out, she saw a house, elegant in its design; looking around, she noticed there was nothing else in sight. There was, however, a woman waiting for her at the entrance to the building.

Slide 15:

“Welcome.” she said, her voice with a slight accent “My name is Maryse.” “This doesn’t look like the station.” Gabby muttered. “It is not, welcome to the Voulavent Society.” “The what?” “Never do mind, please come inside with me.” The dark-haired girl followed her, was there really any other choice?

Slide 16:

“This is your room.” Maryse said, motioning her hand to a door. “Yeah, right.” the young woman answered, trying to force a laugh. “There’s a wardrobe inside, put the suit that’s been placed in there on. If you have any problems with the size, I apologize.” “Suit? What’s wrong with my clothes?” “It’s a policy of our society, now if you don’t mind…” Gabby sighed, and went inside the room to put on her new outfit.

Slide 17:

“This is ridiculous.” she said out loud. Gabriella stared at her reflection in the mirror… a jacket with a llama on it? Who was the leader of this society, Kuzko? “Mr. Voulavent’s waiting for you, dear.” Maryse said from the outside.

Slide 18:

Maryse led Gabby inside a small room, where a young man with red hair awaited her. “That will be all, Maryse dear, thank you.” He said. “Sit, please.” “I’m not a dog.” Gabby mumbled. “I know you’re not, but we’re going to be here for a while, and I’d rather you be comfortable.” “What’s more comfortable than being abducted, a long drive and being forced into an itchy suit?” “It itches? I apologize, but members really need to be identifiable by each other, if you know what I mean.”

Slide 19:

“Members of what?” she asked, her voice with overtones of desperation and confusion. “We’re the Voulavent Society. I have personally chosen you to become a member.” “But why me? What did I do for you to harass me?” “It’s not harassment, we discussed your case, we believe you need us.” “I? Need you? You’re crazy.”

Slide 20:

“Gabriella, dear. You know how our country of Bern is known amongst the citizens?” “I don’t know… Bern?” “Wrong, our country’s known as Bribesville, do you know why?” “No…” “The power of this place is in the hands of one family only, or better put… one man; and you’ve made that man angry.” “Stop with the mystery, who’s this guy I made so mad?” “Malcom Landgraab.”

Slide 21:

“Malcom Landgraab? Who’s that?” “Oh my, you’re truly not from around here, are you? He’s blonde, cocky, believes everything he steps on is holy.” That’s when it hit me, it’ was the guy I turned down at the bowling alley. “I see you do know who he is.” the blue-eyed man taunted me. “I don’t know who you are, how could I know if I can trust you?” I asked. “Well, because I… we, the Voulavent Society, are the only ones that can help you get out of the hole you’re stuck in.”

Slide 22:

“Hahaha, you’re a funny guy. How do I not know this… society is not out to get me like you claim Mr. Landgraab is?” “You don’t, but if you don’t trust us, you’re pretty much exposed to harm; and to be honest, I wouldn’t like anything bad happening to you.” “So you abducted me, brought me to an incredibly lonely place and yet expect me to trust you?” “Gabriella, how is it that I can convince you I’m a trustworthy person?” “Your name would be a great start.” she said sarcastically.

Slide 23:

“A name… well, my name’s Ian, Ian Schwarzer.” the man said, removing stray hair back into his hairdo. “Ian Schwarzer… well, Ian, I wouldn’t mind you explaining some things for me. First, how do you know I ticked this Landgraab guy off? Second, how would he try and get back at me for that? Third, why did you bring me to this secluded place? Finally, why are you intruding in my life?” Gabriella’s face formed a satisfied expression as she saw her words had taken the desired effect on Ian, he probably wasn’t expecting such straightforwardness.

Slide 24:

However, Ian suddenly pulled a small smile, once again brushing off the same stray hairs. “Easy there, Gabby. We found out you ticked him off because… well, I could say we have eyes everywhere. Second, we believe he planted someone close to you, and that someone’s going to betray you once the time comes. Third, I wanted to speak to you face to face, and let’s say… I’m not in Landgraab’s grace, and this place is ideal for a meeting like this. Last… we only want to help you, if you really want to go, I might as well call a driver to get you back on campus by nightfall.”

Slide 25:

Gabriella’s face grew surprised, somehow, everything this Ian person said fit perfectly, she could count turning Malcom down as winning him as an enemy, the person who had come close to her and mostly unaccounted for could be anyone of her friends in college, even… even Eric. After all, he had never shown her the letter he claimed to have gotten. Furthermore, if Malcom did have a grudge against her, it would be better to have some backup from Ian and his peers. “Our information is correct, isn’t it?” Ian asked, he sounded pleased.

Slide 26:

“Let’s say you’re correct.” Gabby said, trying not to show her cards. “Girl, what we offer you is a place to live in the outskirts of Bern, where it’s safe. I also believe the board wouldn’t mind giving you an economic help of some sort, and of course, protection from Landgraab and his people.” Ian said. “I accept.” she blurted out. “Fine, I was going to offer you a room for you to stay until you decided and whatever time it was you needed for your choice; you’re still free to stay if you wish. I must, however, leave.”

Slide 27:

“I’d rather go to my own place right now.” Gabriella confessed. “I’ll call the limo then, we have a guildhall on campus, for whatever you need, there will be people there to aid you. If you want to call here, feel free to do so from there.” “Thanks, I guess.” Gabriella sighed. “Don’t lose your heart, girl. If you really need anything, tell me.” Ian comforted her.

Slide 28:

Hi there, it’s Gabby again, I just got back from a really strange trip. Some guy named Ian abducted me just so he could convince me into joining his society, the thing that bothers me the most is that his arguments were actually, somehow, convincing enough for me. I mean, if Malcom Landgraab was really insulted by me shrugging him off, it made sense for him to try and make me miserable… by making me think Eric loved me, but it doesn’t explain how Eric knew Peter died, or how he knew my mom’s name. It’s really… oh shoot, the doorbell’s ringing, and at the middle of the night, to boot. Let me get that and I’ll be right back.

Slide 29:

Gabriella opened the front door, and just managed to stutter out. “Oh my…”

Slide 30:

Then she fainted.

Slide 31:

Right there, guys, I leave you with some outtakes. Talk about noogies gone wrong. Anyways, I just wanted to point out that I’ve been reading some other legacies now, and there are people who actually play/age playables as they need them, and I guess that I might go ahead and do the same, to save time, to be able to update more frequently, and to avoid some situations like the infamous BSoD that came integrated with my GeForce 9400.

Slide 32:

After seeing this secret society lot and knowing its purpose, I really feel I don’t fail at building (or not as much as EAxis does, anyway). The entire bloody dormie squad was in the secret society?

Slide 33:

Ok, in this one, I was about to quit the game after I got rid of the traffic jam at SeSo lot, but I noticed Gabby get an action in her queue, turns out she wanted to argue with Mr. Policeman here. Glitch or BFBVFS? I hope it’s the former.

Slide 34:

“The braid I believe can stay, but the outfit must go… the master would not approve!” “Shut the hell up, Torgo!” Watch Manos: The Hands of Fate or The Human Centipede, those are the kind of movies that make you wonder: HOW THE FUCK DID ANYONE THINK THOSE PIECES OF GARBAGE WOULD MAKE GREAT MOVIES?
