1. Select the Act II design (s) that you like from the catalog.
2. Check the fabric level options available in the catalog copy located next to your selection (s).
3. Go to the Act II fabric pages in the back of our catalog, or on the web, and select your custom fabric and color choices for your costume. :

Complete the Custom Design Form located in the center of the Repertoire section of our price list for each costume selected
(If you need extra copies print them from on our web site or photo copy your own.)
5. Fill out the Act II Costume Order Form (red one) completely for all Act II styles you are ordering. :

7. Submit your Act II order to Leo’s via Mail or Fax with your 50% Deposit.

Due to their custom nature of Act II costumes, we cannot accept Act II orders via our website or phone.
Ship Date – Your Ship Date for your Act II order will be your Needs By Date. Please note that Act II orders are custom made and require 8-12 weeks or more to produce depending on order volume.
When your order is received we will contact you by phone if we are unable to meet your Needs By Date. Please allow time for UPS shipping when determining your Needs By Date.
