Imagine that your YTB business is the perfect vehicle to realize your goals :

Imagine that your YTB business is the perfect vehicle to realize your goals 1 year from today: What targets will have been accomplished? How many RTAs/Reps are in your organization? 2 years from today: What targets will have been accomplished? How many RTAs/Reps are in your organization? 5 years from today: What are you doing that was made possible by YTB? 20 years from now: What legacy have you created for your family? Where have you traveled? How did the YTB business affect your family? So, the question is… What are you willing to commit to daily to build your business?

Personal Transformation :

Personal Transformation You alone are responsible for the quality of your life. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to what happens to you It is up to you to make any changes necessary. Though you cannot go back and make a brand-new start, you can start from now to make a brand-new end Personal responsibility is the key to change, growth and freedom. Change must happen within you before it can happen around you Change your mind, change your life! Be transformed by the renewing of your mind

Slide 9:

It all depends on your mind, mindset & beliefs Thoughts Feelings Actions Results If you think you can, you are right! If you think you can’t, you are right! What you focus on expands!

Slide 10:

Generating Passion for Your Business When you are passionate about your business, you become empowered with desire to: Create and accomplish realistic goals Set time aside to work on your business Ensure you are accountable to your business Acknowledge yourself on a regular basis for these accomplishments

Slide 11:

How do you obtain PASSION for your business? Do you take different actions when you are passionate about your business than when you aren’t? What is your compelling why? Do you know the compelling why of each of your team members? Why might this be important?

Slide 12:

Like attracts Like Your income, your reputation and longevity depend on your consistency of behavior internally and externally Determine what you stand for, your values, what is important Set boundaries, let your team know what you will and won’t do You tend to attract those who aspire to the same standards

Slide 13:

Slide 14:

Leadership Checklist Work on your ability to: 1. Spot and leverage the strengths of others 2. Teach others how to succeed 3. Use mistakes to grow and strengthen the team 4. Use frequency of interaction to build relationship, consistency and most of all trust. 5. Promote a realistic but bright future for the team. 6. Be in YTB for the marathon not the sprint. 7. Sell 8. Lead by example 9. Recruit Up

Slide 15:

Part Two THE TEAM

Slide 16:

Successful teams are: Intentional - making every action count toward a long-term goal Relational - focused on others Selfless - willing to take a subordinate role for the good of the team Tenacious - hardworking and optimistic in the face of setbacks Developing a better team always begins with you To improve the team, improve the individuals

Slide 17:

So, what are the attributes to look for? 1. What kind of energy do they have? 2. Do they have the desire to win? Or, is being liked more important? Are they willing to put in the time and energy? 3. Are they personally responsible? Or do they blame or justify? 4. Are they big thinkers? 5. Do they have the financial resources to get started? 6. Are they coach-able? Or will they join and run with it? Both are fine!!!

Slide 18:

How to Recruit Like a Pro Courtesy of Tim Sales I really hope you spend hours learning how to invite, because this is where you get good at network marketing. I’ve said it for 10 years: you can be terrible at everything else and still earn good money in network marketing if you’re good at inviting. If you can invite well, you can always put prospects in front of good presenters and good trainers. In your network marketing company, take the approach that you’re starting your own company. You need a board of directors.  In network marketing we call them leaders. How well you do at inviting will greatly depend on the growth of your communication skills. Most people have difficulty with communication. I did! However, the more I study it, the more I realize that communication is what makes or breaks us in life. A good communicator, whether a nurse or a networker listens and helps people get what they want.

Slide 19:

17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player According to John C. Maxwell Team Players are: 1. Adaptable: If you won’t change for the team, the team may change you 2. Collaborative: Working together precedes winning together 3. Committed: There are no halfhearted champions 4. Communicative: A team is many voices with a single heart 5. Competent: If you can’t, your team won’t 6. Dependable: Teams go to go-to players 7. Disciplined: Where there is a will, there is a win 8. Enlarging: Adding value to teammates is invaluable 9. Enthusiastic: Your heart is the source of energy for the team 10. Intentional: Make every action count 11. Mission Conscious: The Big Picture is coming in loud and clear 12. Prepared: Preparation- the difference between winning and not winning 13. Relational: If you get along, others will go along 14. Self improving: To improve the team, improve yourself 15. Selfless: There is no “I” in team 16. Solution-Oriented: Make a resolution to find the solution 17. Tenacious: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER QUIT!!!! One is too small a number to achieve greatness!

Slide 20:

Part Three TRAINING

Slide 21:

Educating and Empowering Leveraging yourself You get more done You invest time in training You Multiply Yourself

Slide 23:

Plan to Succeed Statistics show 90% of all new businesses fail in the first 5 years And, 90% of the 10% that do survive the first 5 years fail before the 10th year The average network marketer in the US enrolls 3.6 people before they drop out or move on Why? Two reasons typically: 1.Lack of money 2.Lack of business skill If you have the business skill, you will create the money

Slide 24:

Wealth is hidden from those who must do it all themselves Wealth Exposes itself to those patient enough to train others. Tim Sales Within the first week of a new Rep joining you in the business: Schedule a “Grand Opening” Have them order the YTB Party Pak Have them send in their RTA application Have them order business cards Review with them their prospect list Find out their compelling why Have them schedule their CRTA training Introduce them to the Director’s/Conference Calls and join them on the call Walk them through the back office for both sites Determine their goals Walk with those who want to walk. Jog with those who want to jog. Run with those who want to run.

Slide 25:

Process -"a natural phenomenon marked by gradual changes that lead toward a particular result"- Webster's Collegiate Dictionary TRUST the process! It works 100% of the time! Have fun! Ask for help! Invite people to join you! Read and learn something new daily! Study Successful People! Find a mentor! Enjoy! HERE’S TO YOUR CONTINUED SUCCESS!!!
