Become 1 of 3 agencies that will become house agencies for JBPR with the privilege to be asked to participate in any major event. This brief will test your understanding of our business, the brand and your work in specific environment. We expect full proposal, realistic, relevant to season, with detailed budget and good for the brand of course. If you believe you can show us more, you can voluntarily do a free brief with brand of your choice. All entries must be submitted before July 31, 2007, 12:00 p.m. either by sending all asked materials to mail address: vit.vojtech@jan-becher.com or by sending them on a CD to our office at: Luxembourg Plaza Vít Vojtěch, JBPR Přemyslovská 43 Praha 3, 130 00 Slide5: Work Evaluation Your work will be evaluated in these points, so concentrate especially on: Brand understanding Brief following Budget transparency Costs Creativity Feasibility Organization planning Originality PR potential Setting up mechanics for measuring the success of the event The individual points will be evaluated with grades 1-5 (1 the best). The best grade wins!* The best agencies will be asked to come and personally meet JBPR. After that, winning agencies will be informed and we will publicly present the winners**. *Note: references and team can also play an important role **In case you want to see how you did, we will send your results to you. Only yours!Slide6: Timings and Deadlines By July 9 All agencies participating in tender will be briefed (by downloading briefs from web or from individual mails) July 31, 12:00 p.m. Deadline for agency project submission First week of August JBPR will meet with selected agencies Monday, August 13, 12:00 a.m. Best agencies will be selected, all agencies participating in tender will be informedSlide7: Restrictions and Limitations These are few simple points that must not be ever broken in the proposal or in any future co-operation as they are the pillars of JBPR´s philosophy and its business. You should not encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption, nor present abstinence or moderation in a negative way; You should not suggest any association with violent, aggressive behavior; You should not be specifically aimed at minors nor show minors consuming beverages; You should not create the impression that consumption of beverages enhances mental ability or physical performance e.g. when in engaging in sports; You should not create the impression that consumption of beverages is a requirement for social or sexual success.
