Projected Sales : Projected Sales My estimate of sales would approximately be between $35,000 and $40,000 a week
Restaurant Capacity:
Due to the layout the maximum capacity for the restaurant will be 500 people.
Hardware : Hardware I plan on having computer systems in the main offices as well as on the floors for the servers.
Input & Output Devices:
Keyboard, mouse, printers, scanners.
I will supply each manager with a jump drive.
