In the ASK Administration page, click on “Undulator Assembly.”
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Edit”
In the “Shipping Order Numbers” column, enter these two numbers as an example: “00337335” and “00338461” [note: each number should take up its own box]
Click on the “Save” button located at the bottom of the “Shipping Order Numbers” column
Close the Window
The shipping numbers should now show up in both the “Undulator Assembly” page and in the ASK report
TO DELETE SHIPPING OR REQUISITION NUMBERS
Go to the “Undulator Assembly” page in the Administration window
Click on “Edit”
Check the “Delete” box next to each number you want to rid of
Click on the “Save” button located at the bottom of the “Shipping Order Numbers” column
Close the window
All information associated with these numbers should now be gone
