Slide 2:

Go Pamper yourself is an event designed to bring body shop customers (old and new) and give them the ultimate girls night out and a unique shopping experience .

The event would include::

The event would include: Facials Hand treatments Foot treatments Make overs Plus: Luxury Food, drink and cocktails 20% of everything in store Free gift if you spend over £20

Rather then having an open store event, we told our in store customers about the event and asked if they would like to participate. They did this by filling in there details on a form. :

We then created a database and mail-merged all of the customers with an invite letter, informing them of all the details for the event!

Slide 5:

All guests had the opportunity to bring up to 6 friends by filling out the form and sending it back to us on a stamped address envelope provided. Guests were asked to reply to us before the 8 th of July. This was so we could plan on for what we needed prior to the event.

We had 35 replies which included staff from other stores we invited Greggs Evans Lloyds TSB Ann Summers

For the Event we provided food and drink such as: Champagne Cocktails Wine Soft Drinks Sandwiches Pastry's Cakes Crackers and cheese Sweets Food was catered for by Greggs

Using the demo tables, we created pamper stations for our guests We cornered off a section for a seating area where guests could eat and drink And sign posted the locations for the bathrooms, whilst maintaining store security regulations.

Two staff members were on the pamper stations One member of staff was on the make up stand So the manager could concentrate on transactions and ensuring guests were happy and entertained

Event Figures and Statistics 36 Customers replied: However only 20 showed up to the actual Event. We predicted £500 for the Event to be successful on the basis that 36 guests were arriving.. We made a total of £426 with an ATV of £21. That means the event was a success !

We used £40 of petty cash and placed £20 of our own money for expenses That is only 14.08% from our total amount making 85.92% profit. Well done Helen & Lucy!! Well done Helen & Lucy!! 50% of our totals came from make-up sales.

“Having it near Christmas would really help!” –Trisha Customer So What next? Go Pamper yourself could be even more successful if we made it into a bi-annual event. Ensuring that we can have a growth of attendance, we collected the details of all the plus 0nes our guest brought with them. All of this information has be collected on a database we have created. FUTURE EVENT PLAN This would be a great idea for customers to take advantage of a stress free personal shop for their Christmas presents this year. This could be a good opportunity to perhaps get other stores involved to increase customer conversion and contacts.

We could offer… 20% of all products in store A free gift if they spend £30 or more Free Wrapping service for Create your own gifts Exclusive offers created for the event, such as a Managers Special product. For In store Entertainment… Food and drink in store Christmas music and Entertainment Pampering (facials/hand/foot treatments/makeovers, etc… Personal shopping and gift wrapping All Information to be finalised by Management.
