You will create a masterpiece about yourself for your tutor as well as learn how to develop a fantastic learning method that allows you to connect many of your thinking and learning processes. Slide3: Follow me through the presentation. I will help as much as possible! Slide4: A4 paper Coloured pens, textas etc. – at least 3 colours An image of yourself – you can draw it if necessary! Slide5: Arrange yourself into small groups to share the textas and ideas. Slide6: Just a thought! If nothing sticks to Teflon, how do they make it stick to the pan? Slide7: In the centre of the paper you need an image of yourself – about 5 cm high if using A4 paper. Place paper in landscape position Hi guys. I know you want to touch my hair Slide8: So must you! i.e. 3 colours in your image Slide9: We are going to place some main group headings around your image that will tell me about you. You will use 6 main branches (arms) Start at 1 o’clock Slide10: CAREERS HOBBIES WORK Slide11: PERSONAL 1.CAPITAL letters for the major branches 2. One word only on top of each branch 3. First branches taper and are attached to the image – the organic feeling! Branch length = word length Some rules Slide12: Try and keep the words reasonably level Slide13: Can a match box? No, but a tin can! Slide29: You might end up with a messy map of yourself but that’s quite OK. Slide30: Congratulations! Slide31: Remember that you can update this project at any time.
