The New Technology Ministry Team is charged with the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and support of technology; development of the use of technology in the life of the church for both ministry and mission.

Slide 3:

The committee strives to fulfill its mission through the following: Support the Session, the church staff and the congregation with all matters related to the use of technology within the church. Maintain and support the operation of the computer systems and office automation equipment; including the local area network (LAN) infrastructure, servers, client workstations, software, email accounts, telephone systems, printers, copiers, and fax machines. Support the operation of church’s web presence; including the church web site, blogs, social networking sites, podcasts, etc. Assist each of the Ministry Teams and Ministry Programs by making recommendations for the selection and configuration of appropriate technologies to provide support for the pastor, the church staff, and other church related activities and functions.
