Transition of the ordering and billing systems will take place naturally as users migrate from RLG platforms to OCLC platforms. Service “live” usage reports will be transitioned to OCLC Usage Stats Portal (CUSP) in conjunction with services move to Dublin. Historical usage stats and billing records will remain in RLG repository until the end of the service migrations at which point they will be moved into CUSP and a new Invoice/Reporting Content (IRC) System that will provide similar functionality to the RLG User Activity Reports.
