Africa House, the professional international economic and trade platform was invested by Sinoconcord Group. The first stage of the project costs 30 million RMB and it is estimated the annual sales volume could reach 200 million dollars. Africa House lies in the Dagang Economic Development Area, Tianjin, adjacent to the network of China‘s highways. It is only 180km to Beijing International Airport, 30 km to Tianjin Binhai International Airport , 25km to Xingang Port—the biggest port in North China. Africa House supplies clients with smart international services, including: trade agent, logistics, African，travel services, property management, telecommunication and internet, finance and insurance services, catering and entertainment facilities, etc. The first phase project covers an area of nearly 23 mu, with its construction area about 11,000m2.
