Thorungla pass is the highest point of the Annapurna Trek with the altitude of 5416m. Thorungla pass is the longest pass in the world. Annapurna Trek is within the Annapurna mountain range of central Nepal. Because of the problems in crossing of the pass Annapurna Trek has walked in a direction of counter anticlockwise. Annapurna Trek begins at Besisahar or Bhulbhule in the Valley of Marshyangdi River concludes in the Kali Gandaki Gorge. From Kathmandu there is a drive of seven hours to reach Besisahar. The best time to visit Annapurna Trek is from February to May and September to second week of December.

Less Crowded and True Remote Adventure Manaslu Trek Manaslu Trek is the alternative of Annapurna Trek. This is the less crowded compared to other treks in Nepal and also a true remote adventure. Manaslu Trek is a great tea-house trek so no need to bring food and tent with you. Manaslu Trek includes epic scenery cold and challenging crossing green jungle at lower elevations. Find all these things at the height of 5100m. The trekking permission is necessary for Manaslu Trek. Solo Trekkers are not allowed at Manaslu Trek. At least two people are necessary for trekking. Best time to visit is March to May and September to November.

Easy Access to Langtang Trek Langtang Trek comes on the third position to visit for the trekking. This is the beautiful alpine region to the north of the Kathmandu and Tibet border. This trek offers diversity with less effort compared to other treks. The trekkers who want to enjoy the trekking within short time and with lower altitude of 7227 m then this trek is the best option. After the Nepal earthquake in 2015 the Langtang Trek is again ready for the trekking purpose. Also trekkers can find the wide varieties flowers and birds as well as occasional monkeys. Find the blenders of Newari Tamang Sherpa Hindu and Bhotia communities during Langtang Trek. During Langtang Trek Yubra and Changbu treks are also providing good choices with the altitude of 6246 m and 6251 m respectively. Trekkers can also enjoy the Langtang Lirung Glacier and the ice fall between Yubra and Changbu. The best time to visit Langtang Trek is October to November and March or May.
