The administrators list is the list with all the MAC adresses which are compared to the MAC adress trying to gain acess to the network. WPA encryption uses something called TKIP (Temporal Key Integrity Protocol). For maximum protection on a WPA network, a 63 character key can be used for example ( fAjOrlHvnGIIH40cfxHBxkEjqe#f3GNiQ&+8gD\ITBblFkCuXU\J50$vntPq-mO ) Slide24: Network Installation We estimate it will take 7 weeks to install the network. -Will take about 7 of our technical installation specialists to install the network. -The proposal team is directly involved with the installation of the network and over seeing it’s installation. Slide25: IT Staff and Training IT Staff 2 IT techs at all times during the business week Training -Last 3 weeks of our installation -Will take place during week 5, 6 and 7 of the installation of the network. Slide26: Network Timeline Week 1 First week will be wiring layout preparation and cabinet building. After this week all server room cabinets should be build and final wiring layout fully prepared for. Week 2 This week all the wiring will be ran and wall mounts in place. The racks will also be places in the server room and switch closets. Week 3 In this week all the switches will be places in the racks. The servers will be loaded into the server room and all the fire and electrical safety implementations will be places in this server room. Also we will start placing all the workstations around the office. Week 4 The rest of the workstations will be places as well as all the servers and switches configured for the network. The internal file storage, inventory database, client database, e-mail system as well as the external web server and e-mail server will be properly configured and tested. Week 5 We will be configuring a master ghost image including all network software and settings as well as general software such as the office utilities etc. There will be one ghost cd per department so easy and fast operating system and software installation will take place instead of doing everything manually. Since all the servers and switches are properly configured and seem to be working we will start training the I.T. staff on our network system at this time. Slide27: Week 6 This week we will continue to train the I.T. staff on our network setup and maintenance. Also we will continue to finish loading all the ghost images onto the workstation pc’s by department so we can start testing the networks full configuration and test for anything that is not working properly so it can be fixed accordingly. Week 7 Finely we will make do one last check to make sure everything is working then get all the employees to start using the workstations and all the software to make sure they are familiar with it as well as just watch everyday business go down to make sure there is no problems with the system that the users come across. Basically we will be treating this week as a testing period and see if the I.T. staff can manage the system and keep up on proper maintenance. Conclusion The 7 weeks should be enough time to get the whole networking system up and running perfectly. The labor fees will break down to be about 8 hours per day at 5 days a week. So the fallowing Cost breakdown is as fallows,Slide28: Cost Break DownSlide30: In Conclusion You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
