Competent Leadership – First Five Projects :Competent Leadership – First Five Projects Project 1: Listening and Leadership Project goal is to determine your listening skills, identify the steps to better listening, and practice listening skills in meetings. To complete project, you must serve in all 3 of these meeting roles (Speech Evaluator, Table Topics Speakers, Grammarian/Ah-Counter) Serve the role with a focus on your listening skills

To complete project, you must serve in 2 of these 3 meeting roles (Speech Evaluator, Grammarian/Ah-Counter, General Evaluator) Serve the role with a focus on your critical-thinking skills
