Registration Hold: 

Registration Hold Your registration may be blocked for the any following reasons: Health Hold for everyone - verification of measles vaccination missing - call 644-6573 or fax medical info form to 644-8958 Health Hold for International Students - health insurance required - call 644-4250 Financial Hold - owe University money, even if only $0.01 Admissions Hold - final transcripts missing

FINANCIAL AID: 

FINANCIAL AID Financial Aid is disbursed during second week of class Check the status of your financial aid at http://www.studentsfirst.fsu.edu/ Call the administrative voice mail message at 644-0539 Submit a disbursement form (found at http://www.vpfa.fsu.edu/control/forms/printonly/das.pdf Students receiving an assistantship will need to fill out appointment papers

RETENTION POLICY: 

RETENTION POLICY Maintain 3.00 cumulative GPA No D’s or F’s Forgiveness Policy – No longer available as a “repeat” policy. Now a “one time drop” option with the Associate Dean’s approval. Probation Dismissal
