New Policy: Rate Plan Changes & Broken Bundles (Effective immediately – ASAP in December) : 

New Policy: Rate Plan Changes & Broken Bundles (Effective immediately – ASAP in December) Policy: If a customer is on a multiple service plan and cancels an account which is part of a bundle, the pricing for the remaining accounts reverts to a new rate plan at the current price for the remaining services. The contract date for the customer will be updated to be the original contract date (not starting the contract over and resetting the date for rate plan change went into effect). Business Justification: If a customer does not maintain all services in a discounted bundle, the significantly discounted pricing does not apply. Discounts only apply at the level of services that are being maintained. Example: Customer originally had a Take 3: Home, Voice & Mobile for $80 that had a 2 year contract start date on June 16th and leased the Home, & Mobile devices, purchased the ATA device. •Customer decides to drop the Mobile service on November 8th. › Customer pays $40 Mobile Restocking fee and returns the Mobile device. › Mobile Account is cancelled › Remaining Home & Voice accounts are changed to Take 2 pricing: $60/month. Lease pricing continues for the home device. › 2 Year contract origination date on remaining accounts is updated to the original June 16th date. › If customer wants to drop service, have the customer call Care or the field can submit a CQ ticket
