Property Brochures: We prepare a full color 4 page brochure for each of our listings. Room sizes, a lengthy narrative about the property, map, and many photos are featured. Office Display Area: Both of our offices are in high traffic areas of Sturgeon Bay and Northern Door County. People stopping in our office will see our gallery of homes & properties on our walls. For sale sign: If allowed a Coldwell Banker sign will be posted in your front yard. More sales & inquiries come from this nationally recognized sign that any print advertising we have done.
