Project Owner’s Role : Project Owner’s Role Plans, designs, develops, renovates, demolishes, constructs, owns, operates, maintains, and manages all aspects of rental housing development throughout a 50-year agreement
Receives priority referrals from the Asset Management Office
Lease is between member and PO
Acceptance of offered unit is optional
Participates in and overseen by the Management Review Committee
Maintain on premises management and maintenance offices
