Jane: There you have it. Truly the heart of a champion. Back to you, Meggy. :

Jane: There you have it. Truly the heart of a champion. Back to you, Meggy.

Meggy: Jane, I have with me a remarkable Faith champion, Rocky Balboa from the United States. Tell me, Rocky, I understand you have some unusual training methods to grow your faith. :

Meggy: Jane, I have with me a remarkable Faith champion, Rocky Balboa from the United States. Tell me, Rocky, I understand you have some unusual training methods to grow your faith.

Rocky: Well, I usually start my day by drinking a few raw eggs. Meggy: Well, I bet that get’s your system running. :

Rocky: Well, I usually start my day by drinking a few raw eggs. Meggy: Well, I bet that get’s your system running.

Rocky: Then I go on a run through the dangerous streets of the city in the early morning hours. Trainer: Come on, Rocky. You call that running? :

Rocky: Then I go on a run through the dangerous streets of the city in the early morning hours. Trainer: Come on, Rocky. You call that running?

Rocky: If God brings me through the eggs and the run, then I visit my buddy at the meat locker and beat the sides of beef until I can’t stand it no more. :

Rocky: If God brings me through the eggs and the run, then I visit my buddy at the meat locker and beat the sides of beef until I can’t stand it no more.

Meggy: Can’t stand it no more? You mean the workout from punching the meat? Rocky: No, the cold temperature. That meat locker is as cold as Iowa on a day in January. :

Meggy: Can’t stand it no more? You mean the workout from punching the meat? Rocky: No, the cold temperature. That meat locker is as cold as Iowa on a day in January.

Meggy: Is that it, then? Rocky: No, then I head over to a dark, smelly gym where guys try to knock my head off while my annoying little trainer shouts at me. :

Meggy: Is that it, then? Rocky: No, then I head over to a dark, smelly gym where guys try to knock my head off while my annoying little trainer shouts at me.

Trainer: Come on, Rocky. You call that punchin’? Meggy: Wow, to survive all that without going completely nuts you must have to rely on God. :

Trainer: Come on, Rocky. You call that punchin’? Meggy: Wow, to survive all that without going completely nuts you must have to rely on God.

Rocky: Yeah, you know it. You gotta’ live your faith, man. Meggy: So there you see some of the front-runners of the Alpine Faith Race competition. Now back to Bob Costas at the studio.:

Rocky: Yeah, you know it. You gotta’ live your faith, man. Meggy: So there you see some of the front-runners of the Alpine Faith Race competition. Now back to Bob Costas at the studio.

Bob: So we’ve seen that this year’s competitors are training their faith through things such as Bible study, verse memorization, prayer, and relying upon God to bring them through their every day trials. But Jane, ultimately, who will win the competition? :

Bob: So we’ve seen that this year’s competitors are training their faith through things such as Bible study, verse memorization, prayer, and relying upon God to bring them through their every day trials. But Jane, ultimately, who will win the competition?

Jane: That’s the odd thing about this event, Bob. With the Alpine Faith Race, there should be lots of winners. Bob: Your loosing me Jane. :

Jane: That’s the odd thing about this event, Bob. With the Alpine Faith Race, there should be lots of winners. Bob: Your loosing me Jane.

Peggy: You see, Bob, having a faith that impacts is like an Olympic event. If we just train, but never put our faith in practice, only we benefit. But if we train AND put our faith in practice, a lot of people benefit. :

Peggy: You see, Bob, having a faith that impacts is like an Olympic event. If we just train, but never put our faith in practice, only we benefit. But if we train AND put our faith in practice, a lot of people benefit.

Heinrich: Yah. If I just read my Bible on my own, I can impact my own relationship with God, but my real reason for that training is to better prepare to exhibit my faith by serving others. :

Heinrich: Yah. If I just read my Bible on my own, I can impact my own relationship with God, but my real reason for that training is to better prepare to exhibit my faith by serving others.

Mario: And-a that’sa why I put-a God’s word in-a my heart. So I am-a ready to share it with others when-a the time-a is-a right-a. :

Mario: And-a that’sa why I put-a God’s word in-a my heart. So I am-a ready to share it with others when-a the time-a is-a right-a.

Johanah: Yah, Yah, oond dat’s vy I spend so much time in prayer, so zat I am ready at all times for God to use me as a vitness to uders. :

Johanah: Yah, Yah, oond dat’s vy I spend so much time in prayer, so zat I am ready at all times for God to use me as a vitness to uders.

Rocky: Yeah. But like if I just spend all my time in the Gym, then I can’t have impact on others. :

Rocky: Yeah. But like if I just spend all my time in the Gym, then I can’t have impact on others.

Trainer: Rock’s right. You know, it’s like them guys in that one Bible story that carried their paralyzed buddy to see Jesus. You got to get out there and live out your faith to make an impact on others. :

Trainer: Rock’s right. You know, it’s like them guys in that one Bible story that carried their paralyzed buddy to see Jesus. You got to get out there and live out your faith to make an impact on others.

Bob: I think I get it. (Music as dream ends..) :

Bob: I think I get it. (Music as dream ends..)

Mom: Amanda, it’s morning. Wake up. You spent the whole night here in the living room. I don’t suppose you want to go to Sunday School, do you. :

Mom: Amanda, it’s morning. Wake up. You spent the whole night here in the living room. I don’t suppose you want to go to Sunday School, do you.

Amanda: Mom, are you kidding? I wouldn’t miss it for the world. (Olympic Music). :
