Introduction II. The development of greenhouse gases in industrial production presently and forecasting the emission levels of greenhouse gases in the future. 1. Greenhouse gas emission from the power industry 2. Greenhouse gas emission from the cement industry 3. Greenhouse gas emission in steel manufacture industry 4. Greenhouse gas emission in paper manufacture industry 5. Synthesizing the emission of greenhouse gases in industrial production presently and forecasting the amount of greenhouse gas emission in the future. . Emission of greenhouse gases in industrial and energy production presently and forecasting the amount of greenhouse gas emission in the future III. Structure and growth of greenhouse gas emission by economic sectors in 2002 – 2020 period IV. Some measures to minimize the growth rate of greenhouse gas emission in industrial and energy sectors. 1. Greenhouse gas emission from the power industry: 1. Greenhouse gas emission from the power industry Table 1The emission of greenhouse gases from power production: The emission of greenhouse gases from power production Table 2Greenhouse gas emission rom cement industry: Greenhouse gas emission rom cement industry Table 3Forecasting the energy consumption of cement manufacturing sector: Forecasting the energy consumption of cement manufacturing sector Table 4Greenhouse gas emission in cement manufacture: Greenhouse gas emission in cement manufacture Table 5Greenhouse gas emission in steel manufacture industry: Greenhouse gas emission in steel manufacture industry Steel output in Vietnam in 2002 - Cast iron from iron: 50.000 ton/year (from furnace stand) - Steel alloy : 500.000 ton/year (from electric furnace) - Bridge and construction steel:1.600.000 ton/year (liquid roll, cold roll) Coated steel, pipe: 100.000 (cast, roll) The respective greenhouse gas emission is 3.355.800 ton of CO2Greenhouse gas emission in paper manufacture industryEstimated energy consumption : Greenhouse gas emission in paper manufacture industry Estimated energy consumption Table 6Greenhouse gas emission in paper manufacture industry in 2000 -2002: Greenhouse gas emission in paper manufacture industry in 2000 -2002 Table 7Synthesizing the emission of greenhouse gases in industrial production presently and forecasting the amount of greenhouse gas emission in the future : Synthesizing the emission of greenhouse gases in industrial production presently and forecasting the amount of greenhouse gas emission in the future Table 8Synthesizing the emission of greenhouse gases in industrial and energy production presently and forecasting the amount of greenhouse gas emission in the future: Synthesizing the emission of greenhouse gases in industrial and energy production presently and forecasting the amount of greenhouse gas emission in the future Table 9Structure and growth of greenhouse emission by economic sectors in 2002 –2020 period: Structure and growth of greenhouse emission by economic sectors in 2002 –2020 period In 2002 Structure and growth of greenhouse emission by economic sectors in 2002 –2020 period: Structure and growth of greenhouse emission by economic sectors in 2002 –2020 period In 2020 Comments : Comments Greenhouse gas emission in our country is largest in energy, industry and transportation sectors (make up 90%) in which industry and energy sectors accounting for more than 60% and this tendency does not change up to 2020. CO2 emission rate from agricultural and industrial activities in 2002 was not as high as in 1998. However, such rate in following years has increased much: 1.35, 1.7, 2.8 and 9 times in 2002, 2005, 2010 and 2030 respectively. Some measures to minimize the growth rate of greenhouse gas emission in industrial and energy sectors: Some measures to minimize the growth rate of greenhouse gas emission in industrial and energy sectors Management: Raising public awareness on climate change due to greenhouse gas emission in industrial and energy sectors. The government should have its policy so all the economic sectors shall pay attention to having effective measures to limit heavy emission. Technique and technology - Implement well the policy on energy saving. - Use effectively the primary material source, especially coal. In order to achieve this, it is needed to innovate equipment, mainly boilers and industrial furnaces, replace backward technological equipment by advanced and energy - saving technology. - Use and exploit rationally new energy resources, clean energy such as hydraulic power, wind power, solar power, biological gas, etc. - Using more associated gas in order to reduce the usage of coal as a kind of fuel at present Thank you !: Thank you !
