The Catch the Bug Creativity Process We have a 5 step process:- Identifying and defining your issues Generating ideas Growing and developing your ideas Evaluating ideas and identifying your best solutions Making it happen

Opportunities to be Creative When it’s not working – how do you know it’s not working? We don’t get the results we want We keep experiencing the same problems We get frustrated We run out of resources

Using the “BUG” Techniques: 

Using the “BUG” Techniques Create a “safe” environment. Provide participants with support and encouragement as they input their ideas. Don’t evaluate any of the ideas as they are put forward. If you are facilitating/scribing for the session, record every idea as it is given.
