A Common Man A southerner, from Tekoa! A herdsman that looked after Sycamore fig tree’s = poverty! The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the sky will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel. Joel 3:16 He said: "The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds dry up, and the top of Carmel withers." . Amos 1:2

Judgements a coming! Everyone is held accountable (1:3-2:16): Damascus, Gaza, Tyre, Edom, Ammon, Moab, Judah & Isreal. “for three sins ... even for four” – was a common way to express an indefinite number. War Crimes or Holy Crimes and then how God will punish.

So what should this mean to me tomorrow? : 

So what should this mean to me tomorrow? Affluent times can be even more damaging than difficult times. “There are only two tragedies in life: one is not getting what one wants, and the other is getting it.” God can use any one – even & especially you! J U D G E M E N T : do not be afraid, for our God is a God of equity who will call all to account – even & especially you!
