Mexico: 

Mexico Transportation in Mexico City is largely inaccessible to people with disabilities. The metro system has 175 operating stations, but only 5 stations are wheelchair accessible. Guide rails, Braille signs, step treads, and large print logos have been installed in 30 stations. Out of 1400 bases only 50 wheelchair accessible and provide a secondary support for people with disabilities rather than an inclusive.
