A new baby we must tend. : 

A new baby we must tend. Start your day off right by taking care of yourself each morning. Slowly start a daily routine made just for you.

A healthy diet : 

A healthy diet Eat a variety of foods from each food group Grains Fruits Vegetables Meat and Meat Products Milk and Dairy

Should be just right : 

Should be just right Watch the Fat Choose Low Fat Meats and Dairy Consume Plenty of Omega-3 Fats Eating More Fish Will Do

To give us energy into the day and night : 

To give us energy into the day and night Snacks are okay Choose healthy ones throughout the day Drinks lots of water At least 8 glasses will keep help keep you fit

Get regular check-ups : 

Get regular check-ups Make sure you are ready to exercise each day Start off slow Nice and steady

A little time to play : 

A little time to play Pick a exercise routine that’s good just for you Take it slow To meet your goal

Some light exercise everyday : 

Some light exercise everyday 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there Before you know it you will have 30 minutes To spare

Take time to rest : 

Take time to rest Sit back and relax Small steps are best

Enjoy some quiet time : 

Enjoy some quiet time Find a friend to help you out Take a walk, and stroll about
