MAINTENANCE:

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS: 

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS If repair of a tank or equipment is needed AND simple, trouble shooting efforts do not work THEN CALL SERVICE ORDER DESK AT 526-5345. **Make sure to get a copy of any maintenance and/or repair documentation and keep on file with the inspection records.

REPORTING AND REGISTERING: 

REPORTING AND REGISTERING All Regulated USTs and ASTs must be Registered All spills and releases from USTs must be reported w/in 24 hrs - including suspected releases Notification must occur before RELOCATION i.e., temporary or permanent closure, or change in service

DOCUMENT!: 

DOCUMENT! Fort Carson Environmental Compliance Assessors will routinely ask to see these inspection and ullage logs when they come to your motor pool to do an inspection. The EPA, OPS and EPAS assessors can also request copies of these logs at any time.
