Premium member Presentation Transcript Leadership Evening : Leadership Evening The vision for a Time to Build Time to build : Time to build Our Goal Since 1992: To build a Worship Centre Images: The Basement : Images: The Basement Slide 5: The Main Auditorium: Time to Build Starts October 2009 : Time to Build Starts October 2009 3 year campaign to raise £1.2miliion £250,000 by Gift Aid Over and above our tithes and offerings THE BUILDING : THE BUILDING Start building Spring 2010 Continue to meet in Cineworld for our morning services and find an alternative building for evening services Building completed in 18 months Financial Information : Financial Information £8 million cost including consultancy fees We currently have over £2 million in our building fund We also have £2 million in assets: City Gates House : (Planning Permission for 14 apartments and retail units) The Centre Financial Information : £1.5 million will be raised from the Time to Build Campaign £2.5 million would be needed from the bank (hopefully less, according to our faith!) Financial Information OPENING DATE : OPENING DATE Building to be opened 2012 The 20th year of ministry for Pastor Steve & Julia Derbyshire and as a significant year for London: before The Olympics Vision : Vision Habakkuk 2: Write the vision down and get heralds to run with it.
