Recognize the importance of the “human dimension” of earth and space science. Understand the importance of human relationships. Recognize the circular orientation – everything is related. Be open and willing to step outside your comfort zone and “evolve” a new way of understanding.

Building Bridges in Indian Country Closing :

Building Bridges in Indian Country Closing Sincere “Thank you” to all our students – for their hard work, motivation, intelligence and ability to face adversity. You are the most important!!! A “High-Five” to Sinte Gleska University, Oglala Lakota College and Salish Kootenai College! Especially their staff, faculty and researchers! Sincere “Thank you” to NASA (GSFC), NSF, Dept. of Education and USGS/EROS Data Center! And a warm “Thank you” to all of you – especially UMAC!!
