U/G Unit Cost Analysis Objective In support of the ongoing ILC Reference Design Report effort, prepare unit cost estimates for the underground structures and the construction support facilities for the conventional facilities associated with the International Linear Collider (ILC) sited at a Northeastern Illinois location.
