Approved the law for splitting ESM in two separated companies:
MEPSO: Transmission Grid owner and operation, System operation and Market operation
ESM: still Generation, Distribution and supply companies
Court registration for both the companies expected soon
Bosnia and Herzegovina:
Recently adopted the laws for the establishment of Independent Transmission Operator and single Transmission company
Presently awaiting the official publication on the Gazette Albania: KESH unbundling in progress
