PowerPoint Presentation: Step 1 Sieve flour and salt together. Mix in breadcrumbs with the flour. Rub in butter into the flour and breadcrumb mixture. Step 2 Add spice powders, lemon rind, sugar, dried fruits, candied peels and nuts. Add carrot, lightly beaten eggs and orange juice. Step 3 Add sherry, rum and leave it covered overnight. Next day transfer the batter into two moulds, cover with greaseproof paper and foil and then steam in a double boiler continuously for seven hours at a steady temperature. Step 4 When done cover and keep it overnight in a cool place. Reheat for atleast two hours before serving Method
