Adding A Diagnosis to NDRS:
Adding A Diagnosis to NDRS This tutorial is to describe how to add any diagnosis to NDRS pick list, conditions such as SARS - reported under the diagnosis code of 519.8, or WEST NILE FEVER, diagnosis code of 066.4, new to the Tri-Service Reportable Medical Events as of May 2004. MRSA doesn't have it's own ICD-9, but is reported under 799 - Any Unusual Clustering of Disease or Symptoms
